4. Vehicle Inspection & Purchase

VEHICLETRANSUSAEU LLC acts as a facilitator for vehicle sourcing and inspection. While we conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports, we cannot guarantee the condition or history of any vehicle. Clients are responsible for reviewing all inspection reports and approving vehicles before purchase authorization.

All vehicle purchases are the client's responsibility. We provide professional sourcing and inspection services but do not guarantee specific vehicles or outcomes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the agreed payment schedule:

• Service fees due upon service completion
• 50% deposit required upon contract signing
• 50% balance due upon EU customs clearance completion

Failure to pay agreed amounts may result in service suspension or legal action for recovery.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before vehicle purchase can be made with notification. Service fees for completed services are non-refundable. Deposits for vehicle purchases may be refunded if vehicle has not been purchased, minus any expenses incurred.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VEHICLETRANSUSAEU LLC and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEHICLETRANSUSAEU LLC and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claim, demand, loss, cause of action, damage, lawsuit, or proceeding arising from or related to your use of the website or services.

9. Intellectual Property
